Black Door Law was founded in 2021 by Caroline Rieger (Caro) who after a wealth of experience and time in partnership leading employment law teams at big firms wanted to create a law firm that was truly values-driven and led. With 3 specialist employment lawyers (Caro, Grace and Alex), the firm provides top notch legal advice.
